Samsung has yet to win over photographers, despite their large footprint in smartphones and other major consumer electronics segments, but it’s not for lack of reviews. The NX cameras are getting their “fair share” of reviews, here is a new look at the NX300 at Quesabesde which you can also read in computer translatese.

Samsung is starting to carpet bomb the interchangeable lens camera too, and one of their latest bombs in the Samsung Galaxy NX, an Android powered NX-system interchangeable lens camera system thing. And it has been reviewed now at Engadget.
What is a bit wacky is that Samsung has priced this for $1600 as body only and $1700 w/18-55. It’s like they took the price of an unlocked flagship smartphone, added to it the price of a mirrorless NX camera and then added a surcharge for blending them together. Very strange pricing indeed!

Samsung time once again! Samsung can’t complain about not receiving camera reviews. They just have to face the hard truth that their cameras have a hard time connecting with photographers outside Korea. Even in Korea, Sony has a higher market share in mirrorless.
